Food For Building A Warrior

I love principles (as I remember them) which underlie The Warrior Diet.  I find myself living by them, with slight modifications.  I generally have a stainless steel thermos of ~180g 90% agglomerated whey protein + 2 cups of Ryza and often mix a cup of prepared oatmeal, cinnamon, coffee and/or cocoa into the mixture.  I drink about 6-8 oz of this 3-4 times throughout the day, and then eat a large meat-and-starches meal usually at 6pm.  I take a good multivitamin, Vitamin C, Siberian ginseng, and ginger capsules.  I find my metabolism is kept at a good clip by the frequent small meals, and I get plenty of protein with a low carb and low fat intake.  I get a good amount of fat and carbs at dinner.
